At blissfully crafted each item is handmade with love and great care.We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.Due to the handmade nature of our products we currently do not accept returns for change of mind.If your item arrives damaged of defective please reach out to us at blissfullycrafted25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of  the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS  or  UPS but we will always try to help.If your order seems  delayed or lost please reach out to us we will do our best to try to make things right .
